Washington的法律要求

No fixed numeric ratio of first-aiders to employees, but a state-specific rule: under WAC 296-800-150, the employer must make sure first-aid trained personnel are available to provide quick and effective first aid. The rule references 29 CFR 1910.151(b) (at least one adequately trained person where no medical facility is in near proximity). WAC 296-800-15005 details the arrangements based on proximity to a medical facility.

No ban on online training for workplace first-aiders. Online theory training is accepted; a hands-on skills component is recommended for CPR.
