Course description

FRSQC's "CPR/AED – Secondary (Teacher)" training is specifically designed to prepare teachers to pass on the essential skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of automated external defibrillators (AED) to their students. This comprehensive program includes all the teaching materials needed for teachers to deliver the training effectively in turn. Participants will learn how to teach young people to recognize cardiovascular emergencies, perform CPR, and use an AED on adults, children, and infants. Through practice and evaluations, teachers will gain full mastery of the techniques and be fully prepared to train their students to respond to a cardiac emergency.
